To ensure agreement between both parties, please read our Terms & Conditions.
Adhering to these terms ensures our working relationship is always clear and comfortable allowing you and your coach to focus completely on you and achieving your objectives. All clients agree to these terms when embarking on their career coaching journey with P.H.I. Consulting LLC.
Making a purchase from P.H.I. Consulting LLC serves as an acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted our pricing, process, and terms and conditions.
COACHING DETAILS & RETAINERS
We accept online payments for all major credit cards via the payment processor Stripe.
Coaching fees are "program based” (i.e., not by the hour).
A discount is offered for full payment in advance for all programs. Otherwise, payments will be spread out in equal installments.
Installment plans are not eligible for discounts. Installment plan payments and frequency do not necessarily reflect the number of sessions or frequency of your sessions. The installment option is designed to spread the cost over a period of time to make it accessible and manageable for some of our clients. Any changes in the frequency of your coaching will not affect the installment amount and frequency agreed at the outset of your coaching program. In exceptional situations, we can discuss reworking the plan if required.
Until payment has been received, we can’t start your coaching journey.
Remaining coaching sessions in your program will expire if unused within the term of your program.
Scheduled coaching sessions are 1 hour in length. Sessions are by telephone or video conferencing platforms (Zoom preferred, but Skype or Google Hangout also ok).
In addition to the scheduled sessions as outlined in the program, you are always welcome to call or email us with brief questions. If it indeed takes a brief 5 or 10 minutes to answer, we will gladly address it as soon as reasonably practicable. Of course, that implies availability and respect for your coach’s non-business time and time zone implications.
Some questions that seem brief on the surface actually require an in-depth discussion. If so, we will let you know that we would need to start the meter on one of the scheduled coaching sessions in the retainer package and consider the discussion as "scheduled coaching time." We tend to work with fair people, so we appreciate your understanding with this.
As a courtesy, it is expected that you notify us of cancellation by phone call, text message, or email 24 hours in advance of the appointed time and day. The number to call or text is +1 (808) 384-9461. The email address is email@example.com.
Please expect to possibly wait up to 7 to 10 business days to reschedule an appointment.
There are no cancellation fees; however, if canceling or no-showing appointments becomes a pattern, we may need to have a serious discussion about commitment to your outcomes. Thankfully, this rarely happens. If we have to cancel for any reason, we will do my very best to also provide you with 24-hour's notice.
Our clients’ successes are directly dependent upon the effort, commitment and diligence they put into their career and job search strategies. Outcomes and successes are affected by many external variables including market volatility, local, national, and global economies, market saturation for a particular industry, and a client’s level of experience, adaptability to workforce changes, skill sets, or continued motivation. As such, it would be irresponsible of us to guarantee job placement or employment success.
By retaining our career coaching support, you agree to hold P.H.I. Consulting LLC harmless for any job search outcomes. We strongly encourage your active participation in this process to achieve the best outcome possible for all concerned.
We do offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy.
We will work tirelessly in pursuit of the complete satisfaction with the services we deliver. If you are not satisfied with your coaching experience after your first session, please share your concerns with us. If after discussing you still feeling that our coaching isn’t for you, we can refund you for a prorated remainder of your unused sessions. A cancellation fee of USD200 will be applied.
Your data is kept confidential at all times and is of the utmost importance to P.H.I. Consulting LLC. Our business is based on protecting client confidentiality and managing sensitive personal information. No personal information that is provided to us will be shared with any third party. We may send occasional marketing emails to update you of relevant services you have shown interest in. You reserve the right to unsubscribe from any email sent.
We record minimal data on 1-1 sessions, which is only viewable by your coach through a password protected internal coaching tracker. We use Gmail for email communication, Google Forms for selected information gathering, Google Drive for housing your project documents, resources, and collaboration tools (access restricted to you and our coach), and Stripe and Paypal as our secure payment systems.
